Our firm, Richard A. Ciummo & Associates, a PLC, has been providing legal services for indigent clients since 1988. Our mission is to provide our clients with the highest quality legal representation and to safeguard their constitutional rights at every stage of their proceeding. We currently provide these services in five counties in California. We further contract with the Fresno County Superior Court for juvenile dependency services.
Our firm provides services in adult criminal matters (including capital cases), juvenile criminal matters, and in juvenile dependency matters.
Our firm currently has 75 attorneys employed as well as investigative and clerical staff which numbers approximately 31. Our firm’s delivery methodology is to use fully staffed offices of attorneys, investigators and clerical staff to provide these services. All resources necessary to achieve our mission are provided by employees of the firm in several offices throughout the counties in which we operate.
