Our ability to service counties as diverse as the smaller
rural counties and Fresno County, with a city whose
metropolitan area approaches one-half million people,
attests to our organization's ability to adapt its structure
and deployment plans to the different needs of different
criminal justice systems. The fact that counties have
independently exercised their options to extend the firm's
contracts, renegotiated long-term contracts or affixed no
contract termination date, is a clear indication of our
capability and ability to provide quality services cost
effectively.
TRAINING
Our attorneys possess individual talents and diverse
backgrounds which strengthens their ability to handle a
wide range of cases. We are certified by the State of
California to provide Mandatory Continuing Legal
Education (MCLE) Classes and provide additional
training through seminars, a video library, and an on-line
research library accessible to all from work or at home.
We are members in numerous law and county
associations, including, the American Bar Association,
California State Bar Association, California Public
Defender's Association, and California State Association
of Counties.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
An integral part of our firm is our community
involvement. Our associates are involved in numerous
civic, cultural and charitable organizations. These include
participation in political parties, Make-A-Wish
Foundation, Madera Method Wagon Train, criminal
justice related committees, and numerous service
organizations.
